Our service offers Supported Living, Semi Independent Living, Outreach Support and Supported Tenancy services tailored to the needs of the individual. We provide a bespoke, robust, structured and person-centred Care and Support service on a 24-hour basis to Service Users with a diagnosis of:

In addition, we provide a high standard of accommodation and supportive environment for residents aged 16 to 24 years. We aim to ensure young people are able to develop and maintain respect, self-reliance and self-care skills and enable them to make informed, age-appropriate decisions, concerning their present and future so they can achieve a successful transition into independence and adulthood.
